Cet instrument surveille, enregistre et aide à trouver et à résoudre les problèmes électriques des moteurs, pompes et autres systèmes électriques. Parfait pour les stations de pompage.

Mermaid est un enregistreur de données électriques très petit pouvant fonctionner sur piles et en mesure de surveiller 3 phases pour 3 moteurs plus 4 entrées numériques et une entrée analogique. Il lit toutes les entrées 10 fois par seconde. Une lecture n’est enregistrée que lorsque sa valeur a changé. De cette façon, pour la plupart des stations de pompage, il est possible d’enregistrer près d’un mois de données avant les plus récentes ne remplace les plus anciennes. Chaque entrée moteur peut être utilisée pour enregistrer la fréquence et la tension ou de courant.

Mermaid est idéal pour la maintenance préventive et le dépannage d’équipement électrique. On pourrait dire quels moteur, pompe ou équipement sera probablement le prochain à flancher. On peut trouver des problèmes intermittents en quelques minutes au lieu d’heures ou de jours, sans avoir à remplacer de pièces inutilement et sans devoir arrêter la production.

Petit, cet instrument peut être caché sans risque dans un panneau électrique pour plusieurs jours.
