Purchase Order
Maid Labs accepts purchase orders from the United States and Canda for
the following organixation types :
• Government Agency
• Educational Institute
• Organization with an acceptable D&B rating
The purchase order can be faxed, posted or sent by email. A purchase order
number is not sufficient.

within 30 days of the purchase date in order to receive instructions concerning
a refund.
Shipping Policy by Internet
When a downloadable product is bought, an email is sent containing a licence
number as well as an installation procedure. If you have not received
this email within 24 hours, communicate with our customer service at the

Free Software and Promotions
The free software and promotions offered by Maid Labs are not guaranteed,
nor supported. The Palm is not guaranteed by Maid Labs, but by the Palm's
manufacturer.
