The MerMaid algorithm select the most accurate function out of 20 different ways of calculating flow for each part of each pumping cycle.
Volumes, minimums et maximums
The daily and monthly reports are showing the volume of water through the lift station per day as well as the times and values of minimum and maximum. Totals, averages, minimums and maximums are displayed at the bottom of the reports.
Run time and number of starts per pump
For each pumps and combination of pumps, the number of starts and operation time are recorded.
Pump capacity & KWAh
The MerMaid system calculates with high precision pump flow and power consumption. Divide one by the other gives the electric efficiency of the pump, which is the amount of water pumped by electricity dollars. This value is much clearer and useful than the pump capacity.
Electrical Analysis
MerMaid is the perfect tool to quickly find intermittent electrical problems and establish an effective and inexpensive maintenance program.

Predictive Maintenance Program.
A predictive maintenance program is the least expensive way to reduce the cost of maintenance, provided that the hardware required to do it is less expensive than the benefits gained. The MerMaid system is the best solution.

No initial setup required

How often wrong parameters have wiped out an important analysis?

Except for the analog input of the recorder, to not fill the memory of repetitive data, all entries are recorded according to two factors:

1 - The motors’ starts and stops, as well as changes of status of digital inputs (other than pulse) are immediately registered, up 10 times per second.

2 - The analog measurements (analog inputs, current, voltage, frequency) are read every two seconds, but only those who varied by more than 1% are registered.

Depending on your needs, the MerMaid recorder downloads data through a radio system, modem, cellular modem, Bluetooth, Ethernet or RS-232.
